What am I doing wrong?    I checked the other forum threads but nothing quite seems to match what I am seeing.

A few years ago I purchased DA:O and played through.   I had completed the Stone Prisoner at that time when I was able to redeem the code.
About 6 months later, my daughter bought a copy of the game as well and registered her game code on my account (yes 2 games, same email address).

Now I would like to play again, but am unable to get the Stone Prisoner (or Ostragar) to appear in my games listing.   If I log onto the Bioware site, it doesn't show me the DLC.   When I try to redeem the code again, I am told it has already been redeemed.  

I tried patching to 1.05, but same thing.

In effect I can no longer play the DLC portion of the game.    Is there a way to get it added back in or download it sperately?  I shoudl add that when I go to the page on Bioware I can download the blood armor patch for Mass Effect 2, along with all it's DLC.   But the 2 entries I am looking for there are listed but do not show as downloadable as the ME2 stuff does.

This is all on PC, but I doubt my system specs mean much here other then I originally played on XP, but am now running on Windows 7.

You only use DLC once. It is then tied to your account. The DLC is suppose to download and install through the game itself. If that is not happening, you need to 1) make sure you're using the correct login information in-game (it should be the same e-mail as the one tied to your Bioware Social Network Account), and 2) consult the Tech FAQ, Solutions Roundup, and other stickies pinned to the top of the forum.

If none of that works, go to help.ea.com.
