I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this. In the Purgatory, I walked over to watch the dancers on the elevating platforms, and I fell thru the floor. I ended up in poly land, still being able to run around.

An annoying one is, if I am behind cover and pop up to shoot, the rifle is aimed and shooting sideways and will not target what I want to shoot. This happened often in saving the female Krogan, and destroying the Reaper base.
