 I bought three specter packs yesterday using my Microsoft points. The downloades and unlocked fine, I recived the krogan soldier and the asari adept. Everything was fine, i played multiplayer for about two hours and even played with the krogan i unlocked for a couple rounds.

then after i finnished a round and went back to lobby i recived the same screen you get when your first log in to multi. (saying to go to the store to open your recruit pack, as well as the BF3 pack i already opend) then i noticed the gun i unlocked (with those same specter packs) was missing. and whats this? the krogan and asari are locked too.

This is bs, i paid for that content and now its gone. i went to EA support and they said to wait 3-4 hours for the server to "update". well its been a day and its still not there, pretty sure they just said that to blow me off.

Can you guy's help me resolve this?

I am also in a similar situation as I went to buy the Spectre pack with MS Points but I never got the content as the store didn't recognise that I had purchased it - it still deducted the points though. Hopefully we will get the items back or at least the points refunded! I emailed EA about it but they haven't responded yet.

Had this happen to me just half-an-hour ago. Started playing a match where my Widow didn't have it's upgrades equipped, didn't think anything major about it, finished the match, and after that is when I got that pop-up message as if I was a brand new recruit just starting the multiplayer, and was missing all of my weapons, upgrades, equipment, and characters. Hopefully Bioware will do something about this and restore the missing items or refund the money we spent on them.

Edit: My Gamertag is Thrawn526, in case what I read in another thread about the Gamertag being needed for repair/repayment.

Happened to me yesterday and I tried with EA twice and no change. Use quite a few MS points as we. gamer tag : Nezzos

GT: Ryzza NZ . Just to throw a curve ball at me with my content disappearing..... i was looking through my charactors and i saw 2 of my vanguards had geth shot guns(i had lost it) when i went into the first charactors weapons selection the geth shot gun disappeared! So i left the second vanguard alone and went into game and what do you know here i was with the geth shot gun! RANDOM! Well at least i have 1 charactor with the geth shot gun . Ive lost so much due to this stupid glitch.
I love multiplayer but this makes me want to walk away.

GT: Kal Zakath . I am having the same issue.  I played a few rounds and then while I was making a purchase inbetween rounds the host left and everything was gone.  I am trying to work with Xbox support but im not having much luck on that end.  Anyone get it fixed yet?

Update:after speaking with xbox they basically told me to wait for bioware to fix it....

Just had the same thing happen to me. I contacted EA support and all I got out of them was they were working on a fix, and when I asked if my stuff would be returned he said: "Our team is working on it, and everything will be as it is".

Played three matches. Happened three times in a row.

Play a match. Earn a ton of XP and credits. Everything is fine. Go to store after match to buy Spectre pack, back down to 35,000 credits and XP bar is down to level 19 start. What. The. Frig. This is getting ridiculous.
