This has happened to to me three times.  The first time my buddy and I got into a match, got to wave 3, and suddenly, we weren't encountering any enemies, we searched the whole map several times, and still no enemies.  The next time we try a match, no enemies spawn at all..  And yep, the third time, mid-wave, enemies stop spawning and we can't advance...

Has this happened to anyone?
