Upon completing the game I received the thanks for playing message and was transported back to the Normandy, but to my surprise it was like I never completed the game in the first place. In my journal and on the galaxy map the mission Priority: Cerberus Headquarters was still active and playable. I'm not really sure if this is a bug/glitch or if that's how it's supposed to be.
Any one else have this happen to them?

It might be a bug/glitch, or I was even thinking that it's supposed to do that since the DLC released for the game is supposed to take place before the final battle. If that's the case then it might add to the war assets giving you a different ending. I really hope it's a bug/glitch because having to play the ending over and over after each DLC would not be fun.
