This is the third glitch for me.

Its not major, but more annoying.

I completed the disable fighter server on Rannoch, but its still in my list of missions, .
So did I get Achievements for completing it as mission list says I have'nt.

I know its definately completed as Rannoch is not on the galaxy map anymore.
So I cant got there even if I wanted to.
