I understand that alot of people are dissapointed with the ending of ME3, but i for one enjoyed it. Won't go into specifics, but i think that The team at bioware did an excellent job, and considering there are 10+ endings i'll admit i loved it. But what i want is ME4. A new beggining perhaps. Different races? Different Enemies? Choices? A new threat obviously. You may not be able to play as Shepard as Bioware has said on multiple occasions, this is the final installment with Shepard as the main Protagonist. So I honestly hope to see it continue, have the world changed depending upon your previous Heros desicions? I have thousands of ideas. O: And i wish i was a writer for the game. Infact i wish the fans. Us, i wish we were all the writers. We'd either create the perfect game or we'd make the worst. I'm just sitting here waiting for the next Mass Effect game, as i have already gotten all but the insanity cheevment. And obviously future DLC cheevments. :P

Leave your comments if you wish, i just had to get that off my mind.

Whats up with people and their need to respond to people who did not like the game?
Making a topic just to do that?
Jeez some people have a hard time dealing with negativity.
I for one disliked the ending.
I got nearly 3k but what difference does it make if 1k was all I needed.
Literally 2890 with GR at 50%....and I get those endings....waste my time why dontcha.
Seems to make little difference unless you get the full 3k.

Good luck finding a market for it.

Intentional or not, a huge portion of the customer base is going to perceive the ending of ME3 as a slap to the face.

There will be an ME4 no doubt because of the massive Plothole in the ending perhaps this time around you get to play as different races? or perhaps you play as one of ur squaddies or you play as commander shepards son? or another commander =o hmm Hackett anyone =) "even tho hes old he can still kick ass

Trying to avoid spoilers but the outcome of ME 3 will totally eliminate a possible ME 4 post-ME 3 environment. Therefore if they want a ME 4, they seriously need to fix the ending loopholes in 3 first.

OP, your first mistake was assuming there are "10 endings".

The second was assuming there's anything to come back to in the ME universe after the ME3 ending. They literally torched the franchise.

The only possibility that I can see, is a new trilogy taking place in the next cycle. That could be interesting given the way in which ME3 ends.

I am guessing ME4 would be the building of mass relays.....

As it is, playing ME3 more than once is pointless. Why would I invest in another title that does even more to ignore my actions?

If they aren't willing to fix the endings, I'm definitely not going to purchase any upcoming DLC or ME4.

We'll see how that holds up once word-of-mouth spreads. Someone posted a chart earlier of DA2's sales compared to DA:O. The contrast couldn't be more clear.

Pre-orders, yeah. It remains to be seen how that will hold up going forward, though.

Difference is, every area of Dragon Age 2 is seen as an abomination compared to the first. Mass Effect 3 is actually fun to play and, ignoring the ending, is far better than most games. Plus, you know, as sales increase, so do the amount of new players who really don't care about the first two games and how they tie in with the third.

Bioware may lose hardcore fans, but the expanded audience is going to continue to grow... Whether you see that as a good thing, well, that's up to you.

ME3's ending doesn't eliminate it...  given what Shepard receives (Arrival DLC) and the fact that any civilization still breathing can get back on their feet and back to their former glory... they'd just need to be aware of what it'd take.

(Think about what that thing was, won't spoil it though for those who haven't played it yet)

The game we excellent in my opinion... Only gripe was the crappy over-the-shoulder camera the entire game, and the fact you couldn't put your weapon away (basically they made the game a lot more of a shooter than previously).

The endings were complete horse**** though, completely pissed me off. I'm just replaying ME 1 now, even though it is inferior in pretty much every way the story is absolutely superb...

I'll be honest though: if an ME4 is made I WILL buy it. Yeah i'm a sucker for Bioware, i think they can improve on the ending of ME3 even though it was such a ****-slap for me, someone who followed the series from the beginning... IF they make ME4 and IF they **** up i won't buy any other game from Bioware again though... I personally just think that deciding not to support Bioware after they **** up one ending after two great endings and three great and solid game... They can be redeemed still i think.

That all being said i still want them to fix the endings lol

I agree. I loved Shepard, he/she was awesome, but there is so much more to see and do. ME4 revolving around new characters and rebuilding could be fantastic.

I love the Mass Effect universe. Like the Star Wars universe, there are thousands of stories to be told!
