At the begginning of the mission you have to go down two ladders down the shaft.  The second ladder always bugs out, my Shepard goes to the edge but does not slide down it.  She does like a crouch over the catwalk before the ladder and I cant progress past.  My teamates can but I can not, anyone else have this problem?

I had this issue in the Ashes mission. but after about 30 seconds of crouching Shephard stood up and fell down the ladder instead.

I'm having this issue too, but unfortunately I can't fall down the ladder for this mission, Shephard just stands back again at the top of the ladder after a couple of seconds.
Seem completely unable to continue with the mission at this point, even reloading the mission doesn't help at all. Any ideas great appreciated.

Managed it thanks to advice from this forum post: http://social.biowar...4/index/9669462

Stand at the top of the ladder, press w to start the animation, and try pressing esc a few times. If you get the timing right hopefully you'll slide down like I finally managed.
