I'm not sure exactly when this happened, but it was shortly after I'd finished the mission to help cure the genophage.

I did the side-mission where you have to clear a Cerberus base which will get you some Cerberus space-fighters for the galactic effort, and all of the sudden I noticed I only had exactly 10.000 credits.

Luckily I had a save from shortly before I'd started the mission, so I could just load and do it again.

The things I'd done onboard my ship after completing the genophage-mission and untill I did the side-mission was:
-Talk with Liara about my legacy
-Talk with the engineers about the thingie they wanted me to buy at The Citadel
- Go to the med-bay to see what powers I could unlock from my followers, which was where I noticed I only had the 10.000 credits left.

I know it's not much to go by, but I hope you can find out what's wrong so other players don't suffer the same bug, and maybe aren't as lucky as I was to notice it right away
