Just finished the game. I can actually live with the end. The only real thing I'm still discussing in my head is wether I should've chosen Ashley again instead of Miranda. But I have one question!

- What planet does the Normandy crash on in the end? Earth or does the crew have to repopulate some garden planet now?

And two smaller questions:

- Why was the Normandy doing in what appeared to be a mass relay 'shot' through space?

- What did Garrus do there, I had him in my squad in London. He should be there, dead or alive.

My take on magically appearing squadmates: When Shep and Anderson vanished Joker picked up your friends from Earth and on their way to Cİtadel to help/save Shep and Anderson.

They caught up in Citadel's explosion and landed to what seems like Africa. Plants and birs' noise sounds too familiar. Nearest Mass Relay to Earth is near to Pluton so there is no way they caught up in blowing up relays.

Also just read an interesting take on endings so that kinda answers my big question with ending... Where is Shepard?

There is no way the Normandy could land on Earth and get the squaddies. The Reapers were still active while Shepard and Anderson were on the Citadel and up until the last minute when Shepard decides what to do. There would be too much heavy fire for the Normandy to make a landing, especially in the epicenter of the fighting.

Its Nevos an Asari garden world with two moons. At least it fits the image presented. The planet has a population of roughly 600 million lush vegetation white sandy beaches and two moons.

It is 2175 Aeia. Joker is going to eat all the food on Normandy and make the crew eat the local food.  That is why Joker makes sure to steal Shepard's LI...

Why are there all these plot discussions in a Gameplay, Strategy, and Builds forum?

does it matter which planet? since the mass relays are destroyed and you can't re-populate a species with 3 people, they're screwed no matter what.

It looked at little bit like Aite to me; the planet from the Overlord DLC in Mass Effect 2. Shepard appears to be on the same planet in the "perfect" ending as well, if he survives. I'm kinda wondering how they all ended up there, considering they'd all been seperated after Harbinger's attack.

Joker turns into Jacob's father. Characters mysteriously appear too. Vega was charging the beam with me, then magically appears on the crashed Normandy. The whole ending is just a big cluster F.

I'm quite sure the planet is Aite, from Overlord DLC. Look at the trees, or the moons we see when driving to Prometheus Station.
