Ok I could buy all the DLC armor sets from various vendors... but during my entire playthrough from beginning to end I didn't see many of the DLC weapons.
No M-490 Blackstorm, no Collector assault rifle, and even no trace of some ME2 weapons like the collector particle beam.

Where are all these guns?

you noticed that the role of heavy weapons changed from me2 into 3 right?, they arent part of your normal arsenal anymore, more like weapons used to enhance the level you're in (a flamethrower where your surrounded by bugs and webs for example) so they wouldn't be sold anymore, as for the collector's assault rifle no i havent found it either, they might've taken it out to have it be exclusive for the art book buyers, im a little annoyed by it but noto enough t complain, we got EVERY other dlc weapon from mass effect 2 in the game. so..

Yeah i was extremely pissed with the whole heavy weapons thing.
Still, I would really like to know where all the other guns went off to.

You can find or buy them. Sadly I didn't pick up my kestrel armor this time. And Locust came to late in the game.

Also, the collector rifle never shows up the the SP, even if you got the art book DLC. Which is weird, since the collector armor shows up regardless of if you had it in ME2 or not.

Collector rifle is not available. The rest are heavy weapons.
