If you can't connect to database can this MABY help(if you got it installed on © Program files).
1.Remove Dragon Age Origins from your computer and Dragon Age toolset(you can keep the gamesave folder)
2.Install Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age toolset on new in (D).
3.When you have done that open the ConfigureToolset.
4. On game builds you need to change the location to there you installed Dragon Age.
5.When you click on Next take it on default database.
This worked for me, i use Vista 32 bit.
