As the title says. I've finished every side mission in the game, minus the eden prime info gathering (missed one, cant go back). Maxed Paragon, talked down the IM and got him to suicide a-la Saren, had a ECR of about 6k (was at 5400 with 73% readyness, 6k is a guestimate since its at 100% now and I haven't gone back to check), then I did the 'kill all the reapers' option. Nada. What am I missing here?
Yes, the endings are terrible, but I want to be able to use this save later on in case (as is increasingly likely) Bioware releases a DLC that allows other endings. Maybe I'm just being a perfectionist, but not being able to unlock this cinematic is really grating on my nerves.
Getting frustrated - Where's my 'waking up in rubble' ending!

Apparently, you have to do the MP thing to get that unlocked.

What 'MP thing'?
As I said, I have maxed Galactic Readyness - 100%, I've been playing multiplayer since I can't handle the single player game anymore, at least not right now.

You have to choose the Destroy Reapers ending for that scene to show up.

Having at least 5000 War Assets when you hit the Crucible(factor in Galactic Readiness), as well as having full paragon/renegade(evidenced by convince TIM to pop himself) and choosing destroy will net you the "perfect"(read: bull****) ending.
Not sure why it didn't work for you.

Are you reloading the save "citadel: the return" or whatever it's called?
I don't know for sure but you might need to have the appropriate EMS (effective military strength) and galactic readiness prior to heading out to the Cerberus base.

It's not walking up but more under a pile of rubble.

Huh. That part is news, but thats like an hour or two of gameplay. I'll give it a shot tomorrow if no-one else has any other solutions. I thought I finished everything before cerb base since it said 'this starts the final battle,' but it's a possibility I was lower than I thought.
EDITish: Just did a check, with 99% readyness (on my last 'attempt') I had a total of 6917 EMS. At this point I guess my only hope is to retry from cerb base with it that high... maybe ill level up an MP character or two to bump it to 7k for completionist sake.

This is another frustration with the ending: whether you live or whether Earth survives is based on some number calculation behind the scenes. It forces you to meta-game if you want to see different endings.
What has been so great about the ME series, is I rarely felt the need to meta-game. I gave my Shepard a few key character principles and made dialogue choices based on that. I don't think any of my characters are "pure" paragons or renegades, although they tend toward one or the other, My paragon Shep loses his temper sometimes and my renegade is not without a heart. The dialogue wheel - and remember this was a radically new concept in ME1 - really made it all flow naturally.
Having to meta-game in a story-based RPG is just blech.
