I bought the From Dust DLC separately at the midnight release. I put in the code, and I know it went through because I checked and it said it's already been redeemed when I try to re-enter it, plus I have the From Dust game now. However, I haven't gotten the prothean quest on Eden Prime. I go to check--nothing. I am a good ways past Palaven. I tried restarting the game, the system, switching discs, reinstalling... nothing. Nothing at my terminal. Just nothing. Is there something I'm missing here?
I know that the typical name for this DLC is now From Ashes, but Gamestop told me that it was the same thing with the Prothean. I feel like I just paid an extra 15 bucks for nothing.
Sorry if this is a repeat of another post. I didn't see anything similar when searching From Dust. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Sounds like you bought the game, From Dust instead of the dlc From Ashes. And I believe From Ashes is $10 not $15. It sounds like the person at gamestop had no idea what they were doing.

Yeah, I discovered this. Thanks, tykimykk. GameStop has already received a nice email. At least I've only heard good things about From Dust. I wonder how many other people he screwed over....
