I want to know how you all felt right as the scene unfolded and you were told to run for the beam. Not gonna lie until I was blown back from the debris I thought it was great. I felt completely like a bad**** making a run for the beam while Harbringer tries to shoot me.
When I was running I was thinking I am going to barely make it and i will see an awesome cinematic with my teammates making it right behind me. Well you all know what really happened.
But did you like the concept of the sequence?

The only thing going through my head at that time was "Imma deck Harbinger in his non existent nose."

I liked it until the MANDATORY SLOW MOTION part afterwards. Then it felt like Shepard was screaming huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrp bang bang gun oh noes a revenant!

It's the Point of No Return of the game. I love the sequence. You can't really fight back and all you can do is push to that beam, forget about anything, you need to get there no matter the cost. There is no tactic, no planning, no strategy, no plan, NOTHING. Just pure instinct and will to finish the fight.
Aaand then happens something that forever will be the Hallucination for me.

I loved this scene.
Even the slow mo wounded Shep. I thought it was awesome. For me everything was great until that damn platform started to rise.

Reminded me of Ilos trying to get to the conduit only on foot

That is how I felt. I got a surge of adrenaline in that moment only for it to start to drain as soon as Shepard got up.

It was pretty awesome. I was almost yelling at my tv.
"Suck it Harbinger, cant stop me!"
*Gets blasted*
"Well... ****."

The charge was cool.
Its everything that happens after that where the entire franchise stuffs a shotgun in its mouth.

I thought "I'm sure the game isn't about to completely fall apart here".

LOVED the death charge. Didn't even mind the slow-mo walk to the beam. It's everything after that...

I thought it was great. Thought the showdown with TIM was great.
And then the platform rose, and the game suddenly became this incomprehensible metaphysical nonsense with a bunch of things happening with no explanation whatsoever.

Actually, harbinger knew he needed to stop Shepard. I'm sure he shot the f**k out of him, and the part after isn't real.
Actually, I liked talking to TIM and Anderson.

I was thinking "Why the hell did I just spend 30+ hours gathering all these forces for them to die to one reaper here?"
Followed by 15 minutes of "WTF?"

Before the ending? Just the run?
It was one of the best moments of the game, by far.

Yeah that part was one of the epic moments in my gaming history.
Which makes me that much angrier at the "ending".

I liked it. Mimicking the final run from the first game was a nice touch (even calling the objective the conduit) as it helped reinforce the feeling that this is it, it's all or nothing.

At first I thought I messed up and failed to duck, like all those times I died at Rannoch (*shakesfist*), and was ready to reload... but when the action continued I thought "Good lord, this is utterly brilliant, Bioware! Alternate ending based on how successful the charge was!"
Little did I know.

I loved it. My thoughts were along the line of, "Okay. Okay I can make- oh, crap. I can't make it. Oh god, my team is dead! Kaidan and Liara! You ***** Reapers, I am taking you down!" I loved all of that sequence, right to the Star Child.

Felt like the hero Shepard was rushing into that scene. Everyone's dying around you but you keep running, dodging Harbinger's beams until he gets you. Even then, I was looking around at the bodies to see if Tali and Garrus were alive, double tapping the husks and the one marauder thinking "you're not stopping me. I'm not dying ingloriously!"
And then I died ingloriously at the hands of an ancient, omnicidal AI starchild...

I was full-on ready to finish the fight with Harbinger at that point, charging down towards the citadel beam. I thought that was an incredibly cool sequence.
Then I got hit, and thought, this could be interesting. Then I hobbled onto the Citadel. And then one of the best video-game experiences I've ever had began to deteriorate. That was the last few percent of the game that spoiled it for me.
But yeah, the suicide charge was awesome.
