Y'know, where the crap is Javik located on the Citadel? I've been there like fifteen times(probably closer to ten in reality) since I got him and I have not seen him anywhere, nor does his name appear on any of the maps. Does he only start going there after a certian mission is completed(I just finished the Tuchanka line of missions) or is this just the game being stupid and glitching him out of existence?

He only goes to the Citadel once, after you've talked to him and he says he wants to go to see the Citadel once. (OR something like it, could possibly be a message on your private terminal too.) And when he does he'll be in the embassy area, to the left when exiting the elevator.
