Anybody know whether poison applies as a dmg over time (dot) or as flat dmg boost for each successful attack (+ poison dmg)?
Similarly, do magical weapon buffs (fire and ice) apply a flat dmg boost or a multiplicative dmg boost? For instance, they could add +5 fire dmg vs say + 0.2X fire dmg where X is the base dmg of the weapon.
Anyone who is considering 2H vs dual wielding will want to know these numbers because dual wielding will benefit greatly from flat dmg boosts while 2H will benefit greatly from percentage dmg boosts. This is due to the fact that dual wielding will hit more frequently, but with less power than 2H.
I'm hoping someone with the prima guide can answer this
Poison + weapon buffs and how they affect the 2H vs dual weild dilemma

Prima guide says poisons do +X over 60 seconds, where X is from 1 to 10 nature/spirit/stamina/mana damage. I assume this means +X per attack for 60 seconds because that would be seriously weak for a DOT. In any case it doesn't seem to be a percentage boost.
