my menu continously is going up like im pressing the button. its not the board or the key lock . it started happening when I opened the broken monitor in the side room on your ship.

Broken monitor? Where? Can you be more specific which side room you mean, e.g. which deck, port/starboard or what characters you usually find in there?

speaking of help, i'm stuck in the ME3 intro following Anderson. i'm told to 'find a way through' in the room with the door & the medigel. i walked towards the door, it partially opened & a husk came through. i killed the husk but can't open the door enough to get through, nor can i ineract with the door at all. spacebar (use) has no effect nor is Anderson able to be talked to. i have tried starting over 4 times now to no avail. HELP !!!
