The endings are just fine, try to look
at their deeper meanings, try to find a reason to accept them, stop
being a bunch of people who think they are entitled to everything.

Michael Gamble:
"There are many different endings. We
wouldn’t do it any other way. How could you go through all three
campaigns playing as your Shepard and then be forced into a bespoke
ending that everyone gets? But I can’t say any more than that…"

We only want what Bioware Promised us..
Nothing more, Nothing less..

The Endings were Bespoke and The same Ending..

about what valo said: I think we are entitled to a more thought out ending than what we got, I for one bought all the ME1&ME2 DLC and CE of ME2 so i've invested a fair about of money and time into the series I think that gives me the right to some anger.

They are on vacation.

Yeah they did the same thing when People voiced their negativity about DA2. They are basicly waiting for us to blow out our anger. Then after they craft a response that basicly takes no responsability themeselves for quality control of the endings, and PR yet again that future DLC will be worth keeping their game. They will most likely go silent again for a time, hoping this problem will calm down and go away. Unfortunatly I'm sure many like myself will never buy anything again from Bioware unless they fix the endings of ME3 at the very least.

if you want your voice heard louder got to my blog which I have a link too in my Sig , click on my ME3 review and click on the links to my polls.

1. would you Boycott Bioware if they don't fix the endings
2. do you believe Multiplayer should have no impact on the single player campaign
3. Facebook Campaign demand better endings for ME3

Agree this is their likely course of action. However Mass Effect is not Dragon Age. People have been with the Mass Effect characters, galaxy, lore, etc for 5 years. I was sad they ruined Dragon Age but the level of loss and sadness and just emptiness I and many many others feel about how Mass Effect 3 ended is on a completely different level. There is seriously no comparison. The only thing we all can and should do is stick to our guns about not supporting Bioware with ANY more purchases in the future, no matter what game it is until they give this otherwise beautiful series the send off it deserves and a send off that leaves its fans feeling some since of closure other than a profound sadness.

Why do people think the forums aren't a valid statistical representation of the population? Over ten thousand is a rather large sample size.

Actually bespoke means custom-made basically so Mr. Gamble doesn't understand the word he used. The problem is that the endings are not bespoke at all.

Oh my...I can't believe he's said that. Yes the point is that all of the "many different" endings suck ASS. Yes there is more than one ending but they're all rubbish!

It's like saying, how would you like to die? Head chopped off, pushed off cliff or electric chair? At the end of the day you're still dying - the choices SUCK.

I'd rather see an ending where Shepard just gives up and goes to see whats left of DisneyLand then the complete rubbish we got.

ya I've never posted on these forums for now and made an account here JUST to post my feelings about ME3's ending

I don't hate Bioware, I'm just upset that they'd end such an amazing series so poorly. I know they are better than this, I want to believe they will make it better.

Apparently they think it's too small a number compared to how many copies of the game shipped. Which completely ignores the way that statistics are actually gathered (seriously you don't have to poll every person who played the game to get a consensus of the overall consumer view of it) and the fact that not everyone who played the game is going to come here anyway. I highly doubt that the 20,000 people (I'll knock off 5k from that poll for people talking about spamming) who voted in the poll are the only ones who aren't gonna like it and everyone else is gonna love it. That's just not realistic, it really isn't.

People only see "10,000 people out 3.5 million" and don't understand that the forums could only ever hope to offer up a small sample size. We can't possibly reachout to every ME3 customer and even if there are others discussing the endings they may not come to these forums. Unfortunatly people don't see the translation of the smaller sample size to the larger consumer base. The sample is never going to be 100% accurate and while people displeased with a product are more likely to be vocal about it, I doubt there would be a huge fluxuation in percentages here.

It's not just the forums. Go to Amazon.com and look at the Mass Effect 3 customer reviews. Last I checked it was 2.5 stars. Something under half the reviews were 1 star, and even those who gave it 4 or 5 frequently said something like 'except for the ending.' A 50% rating for a flagship Bioware game?

I think it's pretty obvious the ending is having a negative impact on how the game is being received. Will they do anything about it? Who knows.

Pretty much.  The tone of his tweets do suggest a certain Lucas style mentality along the lines of "how can 15000 or 20000 fans know what they like better than I do?  Clearly, the problem is with them."

Needless to say, any game I consider in the future will go on the "Nope, too bad" list if he's connected to the project.
