Dear Bioware Staff,

Not sure if this has been reported but I thought I would post it. I noticed this on my first playthrough of the game and my 2nd I just started tonight. It seems whenever your talking to someone if there is like another npc or something nearby the tracking marker locks on to that instead of the npc you were talking to.

Example: When I go to talk to Liara and Glyph is moving about the facial tracking marker locks on to Gylph instead of Liara which causes Shepard's head to rotate about 180 degree angle.

I hoped I made some sense so your tech support can fix that in a upcoming patch.

P.S. Bioware thank you for the best gaming trilogy series I've played probably since Xenosaga.

Head turning 180 degrees? Sounds like The Exorcist.

I've had some instances where Shepard would look at someone while talking to someone else. But not like how you described it.

And yes, 1 of the best games in my opinion, just wished the ending was.... Nevermind.

I've had a few cases of this. In the first conversation between Shepard and Liara in her room Shepard's head was pointed to the side the entire time, in one open conversation between Traynor and Shepard Traynor kept turning her head nearly backwards to keep it on Shepard, and in one conversation between Chakwas and Shepard in the medbay Chakwas was standing with her back to me, but it seemed like the game had wanted her to be facing Shepard because her head kept fidgeting around like it was trying to face me but couldn't, and her eyes were all whites.

I've had the same thing happen in all those instances, but also, for instance, when speaking to the three engineers for their first engine upgrade quest (don't know if there are more), they'll tend to speak while looking sideways across the room, all three of them I think, towards the other engineers rather than tracking Shepard, so they again get that strained sideways thing goin' on for most of the conversation. The oddest thing is definitely the Shepard tracking Glyph thing, after it flies across in front of him during the first (?)Normandy Liara convo.

Yep I just had the same problem too talking to Liara in her office. Here is a link to a pic of the problem. His head just gets stuck this way. And when she started talking about Glyph, his head started whipping around like crazy.

Same issue - definitely most noticeable in the conversation with Liara while Glyph moves around, but also very comical in the engineers' conversation where everybody involved stares so fixedly away to the side it feels as though they're discussing something severely embarrassing.
