My gamertag is I am Seven and it is linked to the same email address as this account but it still says I have no GT and haven't played ME2 or ME3, please help.

I don't see the "I am Seven" gamertag linked to this account. I see it linked to a different EA/Origin account, with a different email address, that recently signed up here. Is this still an issue?
