I killed the rachni queen in ME2. In ME3, when I get to the mission involving the krogan scouts, my Shepard mentions that he killed the rachni queen. Then, on the shuttle ride down to to the surface, he says he let her live. Then on the surface he says he killed her.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
