STILL can't remap powers to hotkeys in mutliplayer, and I can't use text chat in multiplayer either. Can I at least get a comment this time?

Basically, I can't "drag" any of my powers into the hotkeys in multiplayer, EVER. For any character, at any time. This was the same problem as the one I had in the demo.
I also can't use the text chat (which is supposed to be bound to "T", right?); nothing happens when I press it.
I'd REALLY appreciate a response on this one; it can be very crippling in multiplayer, especially when some of my characters randmly unmap most of my powers and I can't remap them at all.
NOTE: It works just fine in single player, by the way.

So far as I can tell, there is NO text chat, nor can you remap powers in MP. Ever.
But it actually says "Text Chat" (or something) in the bindings menu, which T is bound to.
And how can that be? You could (well, vast majority could) do it in the demo, temporary bug aside.

It actually does not, for me at least. It did in the demo but not in the full game.

Also regarding the 'chat' command, there is no text chat function. (meaning you hit your chat key and begin typing). The chat is only for use with a mic and it's not a toggle key. You must hold down the chat key and then speak using a headset. No headset or mic -> no chat ability in multiplayer.

I will affirm that you cannot click-n-drag your powers to the hotkeys in the upper left corner as well. There is no way to rearrange your powers in Multi-player.

What?! But most people could do that in the demo, and most of the ones that couldn't couldn't do so because of a bug (and just had to restart their game or somesuch). What happened?
