if they release any DLC that adds more endings/removes plot holes, I will not pay for it.

Are you kidding? Actual content DLC? Of course I'm going to buy it. More content > less content. Always always always.

With that said, if I could pre-purchase the DLC with a "real" ending to ME3 today, I would gladly do so. I've invested so much into Mass Effect (time, emotion, and money) that $5, $10, even $20 or $30 for an expansion pack to cleanse the taint of that stupid ending would be money well spent.
That said, if they charge for it, it had better be frolicking good... or they would pretty much lose me forever.

but the product is complete, the damage is done and I'll know deep down it wasn't the chosen conclusion to a story but the forced one. That just doesnt sit right.

I'd gladly pay for more content, considering nothing is ever free these days and that would be too much to hope for..
I wonder if you're aware that Zaeed and Shale were both free DLC...

If that happens, give it a year or two. They'll start selling more games without endings that make sense- "extra" content for extra money.

Even if the endings were intended as a completion to the series, what is to come after paid ending DLC is what you should be worried about. Businesses run off of what they can sell you and what they can get away with selling you. (Because they want your money, and publishers like EA love your money)

Sounds like EA to me

There's no justification to have to pay extra just to have a story that makes sense.
Let me explain this very carefully:
- You will initiate class action suit.
- EA will delay court proceedings as long as possible.
- class will eventually be certified and suit will go forward.
- Attorney's for the class will begin "discovery" (Investigating background elements of the company and decison making) They may even conduct depositions.
- EA will delay court proceedings as long as possible.
- Years will pass. The class attorneys and EA will eventually reach an out of court settlement. In this settlement you will receive a voucher for free DLC. Or a free game (That's been in the bargain bins for a few years) Bioware or EA will admit to no misconduct.
- You may sign off on that or not. If you don't, you will be suing EA on your own.
- The lawyers will literally be millionaires.
- You will have nothing worthwhile.
I'm disappointed too, but this is stupid because it will get you nothing.

I would buy it. As much as I hate paying for something that we should've had from the start, what I hate even more is the bad ending.
This pretty much. If they had intended the ending to be the real ending, but are now making a new ending based on fan feedback then I'm okay with that.. and it's obvious they won't be giving it away. But, how they missed the enormous plot holes and though it was a satisfying ending is just beyond me. And when I think about it that way, I'm just thinking they must have cut out the real ending to make it DLC. I just don't see how they could have been satisfied with it as it is now. Maybe I'm wrong but we'll know in a few weeks.

I've have yet to meet a gamer who is against free dlc... Yup, we all love free stuff. But demanding companies to give you free stuff? I've even seen posts claiming that should've given ME3 for free, but they had to pay those "greedy bastards" from bioware (who keeps complaining about wanting to get paid for a day work)...
I'm not demaning anything. I'm expressing distaste at the idea that we would have to pay for an ending that doesn't have a crap-load of plot holes and doesn't go against all the themes of the Mass Effect series, and that if it were to come to be, I would not pay anythig for it.
