Trying to resume my saved game on a 360. When trying to contact the DA servers I get a message saying they're temporarily down. Also, when trying to resume a saved game I see: "Unable to load save game as the required downloadable content is not present on the selected storage device. Please insert a storage device containing the required downloadable content again.

I'm pretty sure I sold those to a merchant in game. I can't download them again since the download codes are one time only right? I definitely have an internet connection on the 360 right now since I'm logged into XBOX Live. What gives? Has this been seen before?

We thought we had reproduced the issue but it turned out to be something else. If someone has an account that used to be able to login but is now seeing messages regarding the server appearing to be down, could you please private message me with your EA account name. We can then have someone from the server team look at the account.
NOTE: If you have never been able to login, please do not send me your info. In that case you most likely have a firewall issue which this diagnosis would not help with.
