Can anyone please tell me how to increase the level of the weapons beyond level V? Because in Normandy there are no weapon levels available beyond level V.

I *think* you can upgrade them further in a new game after beating it once.
I wouldn't know, though, because I haven't started a new Shepard. Not sure if I will yet.
