I donno if anyone has had this issue but my rep bar just stopped on me at about a 8th of a notch. This happened just before the cerberus station mission. Still says I am gaining but it hasn't moved at all. Went full Paragon except for like 2 or 3 choices so I have this little sliver of renegade at the bottom. Wouldn't care normally but this is also stoping me from making the final paragon choice with TIM. 

Odd bit is the amount I am missing from the top is about the same size as the amount of renegade I have...

Any idea if this is a bug or something.

I had the same issue. I was VERY disappointed that I couldn't choose the last TIM convo option after all the paragon/rep I earned over the 3 games. I noticed I stopped earning rep around the same point... probably a bit before but figured it was just an art/style thing and I was actually at the top. (I'm about 5mm from the top). Every time I would get new paragon/rep points I would check and no movement.

I also started a second playthrough and still no rep/paragon increase. I even started earning renegade points in case I was paragon capped or something. My renegade portion of my rep bar grew, but I didn't get any closer to the top.

Someone else said in another post that. If you aren't able to pick a paragon renegade choice with all of the convos with TIM, you can't pick the final choice in the final convo. I can't remember if I was able to para/ren him in the first convo on Mars. Guess I'll just have to play it through again and make sure lol

I started with a ME2 import and plenty of paragon/rep points.  Picked all paragon all the way through and never encountered a gray paragon/renegade option until the very end.  I wish it were the case that I could have done something different to "fix" it, but I was careful to do everything right... which is why the bug was that much more frustrating. 

Plus... it doesn't address the question of why my bar stopped short of the top and paragon/renegade/rep points don't add to it?  That's gotta be a bug.

yeah man no idea. I actually imported as well so I prolly got all the para/ren choices. I was just kind of hoping that was what happened and the bar just ends near the top and not at the top.

I read something that may answer this. I can't remember if I did this or not, but you have to select the left dialogue option in your convo with the Illusive Man back on Mars (way back at the beginning of the game). Apparently that left option opens up paragon/renegade dialogue choices. Then you have to select all the paragon or renegade choices in that convo for the final option to unlock.

I haven't confirmed this, just something I read. I can't believe they give so few dialogue response options then they bury the paragon/renegade choice... seems cheap and unexpected. If this were ME1 with a ton of options, then I would understand.

Yeah I heard the same thing. I still think I did get the para/ren option in that convo but maybe not we will see, I'm workin on play 2 lol

The same thing happened to me. Imported a ME2 save file with full paragon, and the bar stopped right before the top sometime around the Cerberus base mission. Currently on New Game + with the same character and the bar still isn't growing. As for what shuttlenutz said, I chose the far left option and then the paragon option with the Illusive Man on Mars (both playthroughs), and my bar still hasn't changed. I guess the only thing we can do is wait for a patch, or just edit the game file.

  that's too bad.  Could be a PC only bug.  Others have said you have to select those paragon/renegade options every time to talk to the illusive man before then (mars, cerberus base, sanctuary?) I dunno... seems like I did that already, but I'm not going to waste another playthrough to test it.  Based on the other bugs I've encountered, I'm guessing it's a bug.

Same problem for me a week after your last posts. I'm on my 2nd playthrough now... were you guys able to get the full final conversation with TIM during your 2nd playthroughs, or are we hosed?

My husband just reached end of game and encountered this issue on PC. He is so amazingly disappointed to be unable to select the last paragon / renegade vocal options in TIM's conversation. If there is any sort of update on this, it would be appreciated.
