I apologize if there is already another thread somewhere, but I have searched and cannot find it, so if there is one already, I would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.

I just started playing Mass Effect 3 and instantly notice a problem.  The dialogue volume is virtually non-existent for me in cutscenes or when I make my "choices" in my responses to characters. 

I have already tried changing the setting to "low" with regards to the fact that I am not using any exteneral receiver or speakers, and am solely using my TV speakers, but if anything, that made it worse and I really can't hear any dialogue.  Music/sound effects are there and loud, but can't hear the dialogue. 

Anyone else have this issue?
