Do these powers affect the Squadmate who has the power himself/herself

They affect themselves, including Shepard's own squadmate passive. The buff won't show up outside of missions, and it won't show up in any mission you add it in(it might take effect if you save and reload during the mission).

You can easily confirm it yourself by looking at any power with a damage component on the status screen. With = increase. Without = no increase.
