Bioware, please give us a way to raise the readiness in the singleplayer! (Or set the standard readiness level to 75% in a patch!)

Not like it matters anyway. But you have a point, ME3 won't have a multiplayer community a year down the line.

In my oppinion Bioware has to do something about this when the multiplayer community is dead at the latest.
Because at that point it would no longer be possible to get the "best ending" if one hasn't followed a very strict path through all the games which in my opinion is very problematic.
I am a completionist and want the best outcome possible (and I did everything I could find do to so) but had serious problems getting my fleet ready for the final battle. So i fought my way through the multiplayer in the end... which was not that bad but I would have enjoyed completing the singleplayer completely first without any interruptions.

However if I wanted to play the trilogy again in a year or so this would no longer be possible because I have my doubts that there will be enough players to get the galactic readiness to 100% by that time without some serious waiting times.

So this has to be solved in order to keep this game enjoyable for me and others who think that way.

I want to play the game the way I want to and be able to get everything out of it if I spent my precious time in completing everything I could.
If this is no longer possible by that time.... it would be a real shame because I really enjoyed the ME trilogy an awful lot and would really like to play through it again at sometime in the future with the same amout of possibilities.

Technically, it is possible to hit 4000+ EMS..apparently it is just HARD.

The trick is that it requres some choices from ME1 and 2 to be able to do that frankly many people didnt do.....

Which is kind of what people have always been asking for so I'm a little bit confused why people want this...

1. You have to kill Wrex in Me 1.
2. You have to sacrifice the destiny ascension.
3. You have to have everyone survive the suicide mission AND you have to save the collector base AND you have to save the genophage data..
4. In Me3, whenever you talk with TIM, have to consistently either choose paragon or renegade choices to answer
.

The trick is that you need BOTH the krogan and salarian fleets PLUS both the geth AND the quarians together....the latter one I think a few people have gotten but it is the former which is the problem...To get both, you have to either trick Wreav (easy) (killing Wrex lowers the krogan point value). The only way to trick Wreav is if Wrex was dead from ME1.

If it is possible to reach 5000 EMS by doing some very specific things, like Bleachrude wrote above, then I won't mind. It's just that, we've seen no proof so far that that's the case.

So it is a Kobayshi Maru. I'm at TIM's base right now, has anybody figured out how to manually enter your EMS in the data files? I know that's cheating but I'm never going to play MP.

I was curious what the formula was...  I'm at 3200 EMS with only 2 Priority missions left.

There is a bug with the Citadel Defense Force (or something similar) that it does not show up in your war assets. Lots of time i get updates to this but it never shows. There is a post somewhere in the tech support area detaling it. I think maximum is around 3700 EMS if you have the bug.

Should be possible to reach atleast 4700 if the Citadel Defense force i working correctly in your assets menu without the mulitplayer.

check your war assets list in the war room to see if the citadel defense force shows up.

No, CDF accounts for 217 WA if the math is right.

Use Gibbed's ME3 save editor (dev builds found here). It allows you to alter the values of collected War Assets, among a few other things. Easier than editing the coalesced.bin.

Really only 217?, i noticed at least 9-10 popups for it when completing quests on the citadel, it should have its own entry on the war assets list next to alliance - quarian - etc. Surely more than 217?

Ok checked both my playthoughs, you numbers are good, only counts for a maximum of 217.
