The first is I pre-ordered my copy of Mass Effect 3 at EB Games and it says my Valkyrie and armor code has already been used. I am extremely aggravated because they refused to help with this situation. The second is less so, but I am continuously being knocked from the multiplayer with only a message saying you have been disconnected from the server. Any help with the first issue will be greatly appreciated and any information with the second would be nice as well.
I am having 2 very irritating issues.

That server issue has been happening since the demo. Happened to me a few days. I assume they'll get it mostly ironed out. Think the day 1 patch was even aimed partially at that.
