Are you tired of weak biotics? Do you want to resamble a biotic God more?

Do you want your biotics to work like this?  <== Insanity difficulty.

Well look no further and PM me for an awesome coaleased.bin. :wizard:

From the video it seems that biotics are still nerfed ME2 style... any idea how to fix that? Toggling bshieldsblockpowers doesn't seem to have any effect (i.e. shielded enemies are still only staggered by biotics). I don't think that we need your help to increase power force and damage by an order of magnitude.

I personally feel Biotics are fine in ME3.

I haven't played ME3 Insanity Adept yet, but I plan to since I finished my Insanity Vanguard (as my first playthrough).  Even as a Vanguard, Pull-Shockwave is plenty useful enough when I get bored of Charge-Nova spam.

And, the reason I'm delaying my Adept is because I'm having a lot of fun playing MP Human Adept.  I won't disagree with the Assessment that Human Adept don't stand out on Gold, but I enjoy playing MP Human Adept ever since the Demo debutes ...

Yes shields don't work, but as you can see from the video those shields are ripped pretty quick with just one quick power. I actually changed not only the damage and force, but also radius and projectile speed for most biotics. And most people don't try out modding like we do.

ME3 biotics are insanely powerful, or maybe I should say powerdull. I am getting tired of biotic explosions every 2 seconds :(

Well if you watch the video, you will see it's for SP, and that many kills weren't done with biotic combos.

I beat Insanity with an Adept and I had no trouble at all... well, except for a certain mission with 7 banshees, a handful of brutes and a giant laser. That one mission aside, I thought biotics were very, very strong.

So you think biotics are OP in the video?

No matter how OP you make Biotics in this game, a Vanguard with maxed Charge, Nova, Fitness, Alliance Training, and Inferno armor is stronger.

But yeah, just play normal with vanilla Biotics if you want to feel super bad-ass.  Insanity is supposed to be hard, remember?

Depends on if I tweak that as well. =)  My double throw has more damage than your Nova, as does singularity and warp.

But the reason I play on insanity is that I like to die fast if I made a mistake, just like at the end of the video that accidentely happened. But on normal it is pretty hard to die. So - kill fast / die fast.

will watch the video in a minute, but i thought i would save a little time for some. biotics, and especially the adept, are god mode on insanity. very few enemies have shields/barriers/armor and are thus easily CC'ed. biotic explosion scales with enemy health and can have a huge aoe.

pull is better than singularity since you can now remap your main power and pull has a faster CD and a two target mode. you can trigger biotic explosions on armored/shielded/barriered enemies via warp then throw, or stasis then whatever if they have no armor.

finally, there is a good post explaining the nature of biotic and elemental explosions that has it all laid out for you from a bioware rep.

this is actually quite a role reversal from ME2. in ME2 on insanity, the adept was by far the weakest class in terms of killing power as well as ease of play, but in ME3 they are by far the most powerful, able to CC as well as detonate thier CC's, all without bonus powers.

if i could figure out how to unlock all the bonus powers i might try to mess arround with a couple other classes to try to make them biotic gods, but hands down the adept is the Kwisatz Haderach of ME3.

My singularity is better than pull. =)

With damage upgrade and implosion upgrade it destroys the shields of cought in enemies in 3 sec then lift them up and detonates itself killing them. So you can throw a singularity on 3 centurions and forget about them, or detonate it if you feel too anxious. Also my singularity radius is about 7m without the final radius upgrade.

But the Vanguard can't die.

Also, on a side note: Tweaking Biotics to make you bad-ass on Insanity also ruins the point of Insanity. There is an Accomplishment for beating it on Insanity which you didn't earn.

Haven't used any caster class in SP yet, but from MP, these are my thoughts as well.

Come to think of it, ME2's combat mechanics were a bit more elegant. ME3 is faster and more spectacular but needs less thought.

Yes I did! With a soldier, THEN I found out a way to make biotic class enjoyable for myself. ^_^

Uh, what? I finished my adept playthrough on insanity and found biotics to be EXTREMELY powerful. Way more so than in the previous games. D:

^Well biotics will never be as good as they were in ME1. Thank goodness for that. I have no interest in shooting a single cc'd enemy for an hour just because I'm playing Insanity.

i havent even tried insanity yet, but im SUPER HAPPY that protections have been revamped. can we say i was right all along???

anyways for ME3s adept i think some individual biotic powers need to deal more damage, and not through explosions. something like master throw as a level 60 adept should literally implode standard mook enemies. instead it takes 4 uses of throw to take out one guy.

bionades only enhance the repetetive nature of the biosplosion, so they dont even feel unique.

singularity should be instacast.

stasis shouldnt be better then singularity.

im really not sure theres alot to complain about this time around. atleast so far.

Well they do deal more damage with this mod. Double throw almost kills centurions and engineers, sometimes does, if the flight was big enough. The first projectile knocks away the shields, the second one throws the target.

Singularity made better too. With damage over time upgrade and implosion, it now can be thrown at shielded targets too, and it kills them. Like for example thrown at 3 centurions, it staggers them, destroys their shields, lifts them in the air, while still damaging them and then implodes itself killing them, or living just a little HP behind.  So you don't need to detonate the singularity, you can just throw it and forget about it, moving on to next enemies.

Also all projectiles move 2x speed. Shockwave moves 3x speed.

This is insanity I am talking about of course.

Stasis was *better* than Singularity in ME2 as well... But yes, Stasis Bubble - as awesome as it is - totally beats out Singularity in everyway, everytime.

If you want an OP adept simply pick Energy Drain as your bonus power. With the right spec, and right weapons (weight-wise), the adept kicks some major ass =P

#edit
Stasis kicks ass as well :bandit:
