Delete Account and create new one , what about registered DLC content

So since my purchased DLCs etc are bound to my BSN profile, if I delete it and create a new Profile , can I rebound the registered content to the new account via Origin or something like that?

No, it doesn't work like that. Your DLC will still be tied to your EA/Origin account. Deleting an account here deletes all BSN associations tied to your EA account and some content stored on this site like private messages, forum name and more.
If you need DLC moved to a different account you will need to this via EA Customer Support.

I just went onto EA Customer Support (Online Chat thing) and I was informed that is was impossible to move dlc between accounts (I wanted to move my xbox live account from my gmail to hotmail (with linked dlc) and then have them delete the gmail account).
