Then I blew the universe up, went back and looked on You Tube for the "good" ending, realized it was the exact same, then proceeded to throw things. Then I came on here and other forum sites and ranted.

Then alt+tab -> google "Mass Effect 3 good best ending"

Another painful WTF grimace then BSN first post ever.....let the rant begin.....

I just sat there for probably a good five minutes, basically stunned. I just kept thinking "All of these choices are stupid! I don't want to do any of them!" over and over again. Eventually I picked one just to finally end it, but...ugh.

I shot him....over....and over....and over.....but he just wouldn't die! Then I tried to turn away and let the battle finish, in the end I submitted through shock at this magic bullcrap. It reminded me of reading the Forever War and the reading it's sequel which has really interesting concepts but all of a sudden BAAAMMMM god creator child thing. Then I seen my friends and finally Liara smiling  ....then I gave up, still in shock, still upset, still wondering why I couldn't refuse the Starchild.

From now on I'm turning the game off when she suggests we disappear, and imagining that's what we do, the galaxy burns but at least Liara and Shepard got a chance to be happy if only for a few years.

Might I add, if I can ever bring myself to play it again.

Wow...never before in all of my years gaming has something gone so horrifically wrong that I wind up in the forums needing to vent about it. 

I just sat there slack jawed for about 5 mintues staring at the three endings after fricking reaper god/starchild/guilt anchor got done, walked halfway down to the junction then back going "there HAS to be more explanation to this..."

Nope. No more dialog. No rejection option, just pick your Deus Ex button. Whereupon I decided, almost verbatim:

After that, I don't even get frigging closure to ANY of the choices I've made or relationships I've built. I immediately retried with the other endings and got the same damn cutscene with other primary colors of light...wandering the forums in despair ever since.

This was last Thursday, and I'm still just as pissed.

This is what I'm doing too. In their goodbye my Shep says to Kaidan that when this is over she'll be waiting and he'd better show up. Well in my mind that is exactly what happened...... at least when I can partially forget this hideous ending that has been burned into my mind!

Honestly what I felt was panic. Faced with three choices that all seemed the same, seemed like nonsense and seemed to not be choices that the Shepard I knew would make. The closest word to describe what I felt was panic.

I just shut off my 360. Beat ME3 for the 1st time.

Sweet maker of all things.... the ending IS that bad.

The build up to it was SO GOOD!
