Every Opinion that can be voiced about the ending has. Lets look at where The Bioware writing Staff [or dialogue staff at least] moved us.
One example is the Elcor Ambassador quest. Elcor dont have voice tone and pitch modulation to convey what they're feeling so they have to state it. and he does so for the first part saying things like "Witholding Sorrow" but when you ask him about getting civilians out he simply says "Yes" and then "Not Enough" But you can feel the pain behind those words. He didn't need to say "Withholding Sorrow". I think thats remarkably good writing when an monotone creature can convey such heartfelt pain. I Also laughed my bum off at Conrad Verners comment about accusing me of sticking a gun in his face. I felt bad for PTSD Asari {although im pretty sure some of that bit was based off the M.A.S.H. Series Finale when Hawkeye got PTSD after watching a mother smother a baby to death to keep it quiet}
Thanes Death got me. as did Legions. But lesser things like Alzheimers woman who couldn't remember why she was there was heartbreaking. And the Refugee Teen waiting for her parents. Especially when you realized that the Turian knew what happened and was trying to protect her. Oh and I smiled a mile wide about the Salarian Heavy armor and his worried friend who sold her car around the time he "accidentally'" got the armor. and lets not forget the Turian Smuggler who suggested stealing Medigel from the alliance to the Human smuggler. "So what do you think?" "I think I should slit your damn throat" And of course I laughed my bum off again with Refund guy getting his Refund.... of 15 credits. and his Awe that he got it "Really.... Really?"
Moments you found that made you laugh or cry in ME3 {No Ending talk}

Laugh? Nearly everything Wrex says at nearly any point of the game where he's present.
More specifically? When Garrus one-ups Legion and when the Prothean talks about what he knows of the Salarians. I laughed when Tali saluted Miranda (she lived in mine), and when Sheperd and Garrus talked on top of the Presidium.
Cry? I was touched by Thane's death and Moridin's sacrifice but I didn't cry for them since in a way I knew they were both near death anyways. I felt it was... fitting. Legion's though really got me though as did the entire scene with the end of the Quarian-Geth war and the hope it brought to a galaxy devastated by loss.
I found the story of the PTSD Asari in the hospital so sad, and the Turian with his Asari wife in the Normandy dock touching. I smiled whenever people pointed out that Sheperd can't dance, and I got a little misty whenever they talked about Kaiden. I found the conversation between the marines who were saved by Osoba something that made me smile and tear up.
I think there wasn't a single conversation that you could overhear on the Citadel that I wasn't moved in some way by. I found myself spending so much extra time loading and re-loading areas just so I could hear news from these nameless strangers, hear about their worries and hopes and concerns. It really made me feel like there was a universe out there which I was fighting to protect, filled with people who lived, hoped, and dreamed.

I'd have to go with Liara and my male Shepard's moment before storming the Cerberus base as my cry moment. The cutscene was amazing, but the music brought out the emotion.
Laugh? Shooting Udina right in his face. Yes, it made me laugh. Always wanted to do it.

Laughs:
Vega and Garrus one upping each other.
Tali and her emergency induction port.
Ashley passed out on the floor. (I really hated her but that was good)
Walking in on Garrus and Tali making out (Garrus got his mandible stuck on her mask)
Anything Wrex
Cries:
Anderson dying..if it wasn't a dream. Just seeing the look on Shepards face, the sigh, it felt like I lost right there.
Thane was rough too.

I didn't cry, but I found Mordin's sacrifice very moving. Legion's passing was also very well-done.
As for funny, I laughed at a lot of EDI's repartee with Joker; I was kind of cold to her at first, but she really grew on me. I also chuckled at Garrus' talk of gun calibration.

having to shoot mordin. didn't make me cry... but it actually made me somewhat disgusted with myself for having to do it. astonishing a game can make you lose sleep. Also, the ending made me feel like crying also, but for a completely different reason.

The last moments with Thane and the prayer made me cry.
In related moment, my favorite action of the game was the renegade killing of Kai Leng. "That was for Thane, you son of a *****!" I shouted "Yes!" so loud that I woke up my neighbors.

Walking in on Garrus and Tali making out (Garrus got his mandible stuck on her mask)
when do these happen?
My personal choices for best moments are:
Garus saying something akin to "see that fire there, the bright one? That's my home"
Mordin singing to himself
"might have to conduct tests on seashells"
Garrus on top of the Presidium
Tali's induction port
Tali removing her mask on Rannoch (mixed feelings, happy during, sad Bioware didn't take advantage and show us her face in game)
Legion dying as a singular entity
Anderson dying
Grunt almost dying in the Rachni mission was an awesome scene
Wrek is always hilarious

I didn't cry at all during the game, but I loved the part with Shepard and Garrus near the top of the Citadel shooting bottles.
I also loved the scenes with the Illusive Man, and the battles, and love interest scenes. Basically every moment was perfect except the end. There are too many moments to list.

There was a conversation that would be triggered if you tried talking to Conrad enough. I can't remember it exactly, so paraphrasing here:
Conrad: I have a question .Do you really believe this can stop the Reapers?
Shepard: We'll see, Conrad.
Conrad: I have another question. Do you really believe this can stop the Reapers?
Shepard: You just asked me that.
Conrad: Sorry, sometimes I forget the the things I've already asked people, so I have to ask them again.
Conrad: I should go.

God... SO many moments... Let's see...
Emotional:
- Liara's time capsule project.
- Cortez's moment by the memorial.
- The human soldier trying to get her asari daughter a safe place to go and explaining her parents disowned her when she married her wife, "Wanna guess why?"
- The elcor diplomat simply saying, "Not enough" with no words beforehand.
- Liara's reactions to Thessia, and her consoling of Shepard around the same time.
- The first view of Palaven, especially after hearing Garrus mention his birth place being the big red spot.
- Pretty much every one of Legion's introspective moments.
- Mordin's sacrifice.
- Visiting Ashley when she's still unconscious.
Hilarious:
- Drunk Ash. Drunk Tali.
- Javik: "Your pheromones say you do."
- All of EDI's "that was a joke" moments.
- The entire scene with Garrus at the top of the Presidium.
- "THERE'S A REAPER IN MY WAY."
- Walking in on Tali/Garrus.
- Constant "calibrating" lines.
- Vega/Garrus **** talking each other.
- Having the reporter gal punch back.
- "Big stupid jellyfish" making a comeback.
- Jack's swear jar moment.
- All of the Blasto 6 lines.
There are obviously more, but I can't think of everything on the spot.

There's a point where you visit EDI in the cockpit and she makes a joke about sometimes nearly forgetting to recycle the oxygen in the Normandy. The face that male Shepard makes seriously had me screaming with laughter, it's the most astonished frown. Javik is full of unintentional humor. His jab at the salarians is hilarious, as is the moment where he tricks James with his "false" joke. His maniacal laughter was priceless. Drunk Tali was hilarious, as was catching her with Garrus. Conrad's apology for falsely accusing Shepard of waving a gun in his face was a hilarious nod to the frustrated fanbase of ME2. Hanging out with Garrus at the top of the Presidium put a gigantic grin on my face, and really confirmed Garrus as my bro 'till the end. Shepard finally having his moment with Liara (LI) amongst the chaos was extremely touching (no pun intended).
When I realized that Mordin was going to die... oh wow, I just lost it. It was a very poetic death, and luckily took place at the end of a very old life as far as salarians go. A video game had never made me feel like that, truly sad. I literally just set down the controller as he began punching away at the controls, singing his way through the fire. Literally correcting some of the madness he helped unleash on the universe, it was a beautiful way to go. I was so grateful for not sabotaging the cure, as I certainly saw the benefit in having salarian troops in the final battle. It was one thing to betray the krogan... but to betray Wrex? I couldn't. Had Mordin's death been in vain, I would have truly been disgusted with myself.
Thane also hit me pretty hard, as I sincerely thought that he would pull through. When Kolyat revealed the final prayer was for Shepard, I admittedly got misty eyed. That was such a powerful scene. And like Mordin, Thane was fortunate enough to die a hero's death. Thane was destined to fade away, but chose to burn out and save a life. He made Kai Leng look like a sucker. Like Mordin, I felt as if I had witnessed the death of a good friend.
Legion's death happened so quick that I hardly had time to realize what happened. I had taken an extreme liking to him ever since the "No data available" scene, and it was truly beautiful to watch him develop into an individual. It was such a shame that he had to sacrifice himself after that incredible feat, but was certainly for the greater good.
It was tough seeing the three of them go, because in the previous game I did everything that I could to make sure no one was left behind. Their lives were in my hands, and so I could do what had to be done to make sure they made it out. But in ME3, they were not a part of the Normandy. Their lives were not in my hands, and to watch the chaos of the cycle take their lives was extraordinarily painful. They all died fighting for what they believed in, and so I don't think they could have asked for a better exit. However, I'm still mourning them. Say what you will about BioWare at this moment in time, but they were able to go beyond the concept of a character in a video game. These were fully mapped personalities. They were like real people to me, and no video game has ever had such an impact on me. Bravo.

I was dissappointed i couldnt do a multiple renegade strikes to Kai Leng because theres no kill like "Overkill. This is For hurting Miranda, This is for the Citadel , This is for Thessia, This is for thane you son of a *****" and then like the shot to Sarens head in ME1 and this is for me. I was also hoping to Gouge out the Illusive Mans Eyes. But Kai lengs Renegade Interrupt was pretty darn awesome as it was.
