1) when the normandy swooped down and the music plaed on earth.
2) when i saw shep carrying Ash on board the Normandy and worrying about her.
3) At the hostpital when Ash was K.O.d on the bed and the stuff Shepard was saying to her.
4) When Eve gave the Krogan the speak, that hit home pritty hard
5) Watching Mordin sacrifice himself and singing along every word to that song untill the explosion cut us off.
6) When legion give his life so the geth can truly live.
7) the pep talk with everyone in london, especially tthe one with Garrus, i actualy broke down with what they were saying "were a team, theres no Shepard without Vakarian" and another line "if im up there at that bar Garru and your not. Know that i'll always have you back."
Im crying as i type this just remembering all the stuff that happened. So yeah, i laughed at and cried at practically the whole game, but thats to be expected when i have followed this universe for 7 years and it is now a big part of me.

As for the funniest moment, for me it was when Jack saw EDI's new body and commented that she had gone from a sex toy to a sex bot. Wrex's interactions with everyone were great too.

I must have spent 30 minutes stuck trying to decide whether to tell Mordin about the sabotage: unleash the Krogan upon the galaxy or likely have to kill Mordin myself. Most agonizing choice ever made in a game. I actually breathed in relief when the mass relays were destroyed. Now everyone will have to figure interstellar travel on their own, and for the Krogans that will take a *long* time. Maybe they'll have figured out their self-destructive impulses by then. [sorry, no more endint talk!]
Thane's death by comparison was much more peaceful, plenty of time to reunite him with his son. Very bittersweet but in a different way from Mordin's.
Liara romance scenes were good, "it would be so easy for a single ship to lose itself up there", very good, but it's the bromance with Garrus that totally blew me. Last chat with Garrus on Earth and that "drinks are on me" moment, not very original but I just lost it again.
Hmm, now I'm not too sure what to do next - go renegade, or dig up an old paragon save where I romanced Tali. I think that was Ash in ME1 and Tali in ME2 on that one, could do for an interesting triangle. Will play multi while I decide.

All of you have written great stuff. For me personally, when you meet David on Grissom Academy station. I choked, didn't cry, but my eyes were wet, and even now, when I'm thinking about it... You see him with all those tubes in Overlord, which was a very emotional moment per se, but when you meet him again, all emotions become mixed, very moving for me... M.

In the first act, at Huerta memorial Hospital, you come across an Asari Commando suffering from PTSD talking to her therapist about her ordeal at the human colony of Tiptree. After multiple passes, the story goes that she was staying at this farm house with a young girl 15 year old named Hilary, who thought the Commando was the most awesome thing in the world. Hilary wanted to be a pilot like her brother and chats with the commando and they become friends.
The partner of that Asari commando gets indoctrinated, goes crazy, killing Hilary's father while the Commando is taking a shower and unarmed. The commando comes out of the shower, with no weapon, see's her partner is indoctrinated and killing everyone, grabs the girl and flees into the woods with nothing but a towel. The girl kills husks with a stick, the Commando remarks how brave the girl is, and the two decide to go back to the farm to get supplies and weapons and radio for help. Everything goes fine until the girl breaks her leg in the fight and can't stop whimpering while they are hiding. To save herself, and the data she recovered, the Asari Commando has no choice but to snap the girl's neck, and is suffering from PTSD from it. You also have the written report available once you listen to the entire conversation in your Spectre office.
But that's not all. Right before you hit the Illusive Man's Base, Joker asks Liara about news from the Refugees off of WHAT Colony? Tiptree. Guess whom he asks after? His sister, and his father. Guess what his sister's name is? Hilary.
In just a few beautifully done lines of dialogue, first from a nurse in the commons, then in the hospital from the commando, and then from Liara and Joker, you get this horrifically tragic story that can so easily be missed. There is no way to inform him that Shepard KNOWS what happened to his family, which rest assured s/he does know, if she has access to her Spectre office.

Laughter: Wrex all-around ("salarian livers"), Javik and Liara, Blasto the Hanar Spectre, James and Garrus, James cracking jokes in missions (big guys, and he brought friends), Jack in Grissom Academy (that was rich), Garrus and Wrex (my two favorite squaddies in ME1) bro-fisting before Sur'Kesh.
Taken aback: when I first emerged into the City of the Ancients on Tuchanka (truly a beautiful place), Cerberus on Sanctuary (not entirely surprising), Cerberus in Grissom Academy
Sadness/Anger: Kai Leng killing Thane, Kai Leng stealing the artifact, Kai Leng hurting Miranda, Mordin dying and saving the Krogan, the geth and quarian uniting and coming together...
These subplot endings are satisfying.

Mordin, Legion, Thane & Miranda died. (Zaeed's death was badly done imo)
The sad music started playing when shep thought about joker, anderson and L1.
Saying my farewells to all of my companions, especially the L1 and Liara's memories being given to shep.
I laughed when:
Catching Tali & Garrus in the act.
Shep shouting "theres a reaper in my way, wrex!"
Drunk Tali.
Convos between James & Garrus.
Javik's comment on Salarians being lizards.
And so many more.

Mordin's death and the scene afterwards was one of the saddest moments in the game for me, but also one of the most epic ones.

- javik tells commander Shepard that joker tells him he should go by the name "prothy the prothean" . It reminded me of the bsn.
- garrus conversations in the mess hall with vega.
- garrus conversation with Shepard in London and Shep waiting for him at the bar.
- liaras conversation with Shep in regards to timecapsule
- mordins sacrifice, very touching scene.
- jacks change in attitude was awesome to see. Also psychotic biotic and I will destroy you!
- Anderson and Shepards last scene. Touching.
- shepard taking out Kai leng, with renegade interrupt swear if I watched it in a full movie theatre people would of clapped and cheered
Plenty more, just want to say bioware made one he'll of a ride.

having to shoot mordin. didn't make me cry... but it actually made me somewhat disgusted with myself for having to do it. astonishing a game can make you lose sleep. Also, the ending made me feel like crying also, but for a completely different reason.
YOU SUNVA PYJACK!! How could you?!?! I demand an explanation!

"With mixed pride and shame: some have referred to us as living tanks, and other less polite names."
"You Stuuuupid Jellyfish!"
"Perhaps run tests on the sea shells"
Thane's Death made me cry inside.
As Did Mordin's
As did Legions.
But the saddest is the final convo with Garrus.

Pretty sure I've cried at another point as well, can't quite remember.
Loving ME3...I don't care about the endings, I've got a few more Shepards to play through with yet.

I lost it when Mordin died I paused the game and just sat for a few minutes.
The final scene with Thane when he drops that insult on Kai Lang. I also really liked that he was able to make peace with his son.
The fighter squadron mission on Rannoch. It was really interesting to see how things really began with the Geth and Quarians.
The dialogue on Sur'Kesh was some of the best in the franchise. That mission made me miss playing with Wrex and Mordin a lot.
2 lines from Grunt during his mission.
Shepard: Grunt, Good Luck.Grunt: I don't need luck I have ammo.
Grunt appearing out of the cave covered in blood.
Grunt: Anyone have anything to eat?
I went from seriously they just killed Grunt to falling off my chair laughing.
Pretty much all my conversations with Garrus he is hands down my favorite character and He was on my squad every single mission he was allowed on.
The connection they built with both Edi and Legion made it extremely hard not to pick the synthesis ending at the end of the game. Not to mention how excited Tali was after Rannoch and how important Edi was to Joker.
