I'm not sure what happened. I just finished unlocking a bunch of classes and guns hoping to get the Quarian Engineer (no luck) and afterwards I thought I'd keep playing in hopes of getting the points to do so. After the first match after unlocking all the stuff a weird bug happened and it acted like I had just joined N7 multiplayer for the first time. At this point all the classes, weapons, upgrades, and so-on I just spent a lot of money on became locked again. I don't really want any sort of compensation, I just want to know if I can get my stuff back somehow without having to play for hours or drop more cash. If not, can I at least get my money back because I lost all the content and I don't know why?

This happened on the Xbox 360 if that helps at all.

I'm sorry for troubling you with this, but I just want my stuff back. I know you wouldn't want any of this happen and I trust you all do your very best to resolve this issue.

Rarely do the devs delve into the console tech boards, and since there is no multiplayer in ME2 I can only assume you are playing ME3 in which case you're in the wrong place. Try posting there for the relevant help.
