Hi, I bought my CE edition, redeemed my CE code and downloaded the 64mb pack for the CE edition. Unfortunately I have no email for the DLC quest and I cannot land on Eden Prime.
My profile on here shows that I have a CE pass and I am able to download the soundtrack. I have extra costumes for Liara, Vega and Ashley, but not for Garrus and Edi (not sure if that's right), the mech dog and extra guns are in but no From Ashes DLC.
I have tried deleting the pack and redownloading it from the xbox marketplace. Still no email to prompt me to go there. Really frustrating as I have already got screwed around by GAME not getting any stock in the UK and had to reorder my CE from play.com only to find the DLC isn't working.

Whoops, figured it out after going to EA's website. There are two codes that you need to redeem on the xbox, one for the online pass and one for the DLC. Downloading the DLC now so hopefully that will fix my problem
