Imagine if in another galaxy there were devices/structures like the mass relay's and there was a huge galaxy society with a heart like the citadel. Not talking bout the reapers but mostly about a galaxy that would have a similar way of travel.

There is alot of galaxies in the universe and I just realized that something like this might be happening somewhere else.
