I've played ME3 for about 4-5 hour so far, but haven't found the way to change the weapons of my squad-mates; AFAIK there is no ME2-style weapon locker and no ME1-style equipment screen. So how could you change their weapons?
How can you change squad-mates' weapons?

When you start a mission you go to the WEapon Loadout Screen where you can change Shepherds weapons.
Don't hit confirm/back yet
Below this are your current two companions faces, click on the arrows and you can change their weapons then confirm to go to the Powers screens which works the same.
