But the odd thing is while I have everything, I don't have the hoodie in my casual apperance and the dog in the shuttle bay. I thought I need to unlock something to get them but doesn't seem to be the case. I also assumed that I'd get this with activating my Online Pass, which when I did at first, had some error and to try again. Did that again, had an error that I need to use a new one....AND YET I see the soundtrack and online pass in my REGISTERED GAME CONTENTS.
I'm lost. I've even sent 2 emails to EA support and so far I'm getting no reply after 48 hrs (looks more like they're sweeping my case under the rug). So please, anyone out there, PLEASE, tell me if they're something to unlock in the game later on by mission or buying them with credits in the Citadel shops or some technical problem that someone can just say, "EASY TO SOLVE WILL HELP U.";__; Pls?
