 "Load failed. Cannot connec to server."

Been seeing this for 4 days now, since i first installed. Multiplayer works fine, but whenever I start the game or log on, it always displays as being unable to connect. I have synced Mass Effect 3 under my profiles but when I click on the Galaxy at War link under the games tab, it keeps asking me to enter my password.

Anyone got a fix? It's laughable that a significant feature of the game doesn't work right out of the box.

Still not working for me, either. I've tried every fix I can find. Synched my account as listed here: http://social.biowar...w/galaxy-at-war and still no go. After I enter my password and it says "successfully synched your mass effect 3 account" I click on Galaxy at War and it prompts me to enter my password -again-. Endless loop.

Please fix, Bioware.

Unfortunately, I have the exact same problem (also with the loop), as many others on several threads/forums all around the internet. The support just said I should open ports and post here on the forums, while the forums refer to Jesse.Reid, who still has not given me an answer.

I still have this issue with galaxy at war status. I have persona, game is registered and synched but error still perssist. Help please?

Same here, getting "Load failed" since Friday if I remeber correctly, galaxy map has appeared once, I've tried to get to MP, didnt't work, back to main menu, no galaxy map again and no effing chance to get to MP, after few minutes of trying to connect it says something along the lines "you've lost connection" and that's it, back to main menu - when it says "connecting to EA servers" and then states I'm connected to EA (btw, when trying to use "Email Us" function from bottom of the page I get "Unable to redirect to required source" when entering my email and password, when trying to create a new account is says 404 and it's quite normal, when you put double "/" in hyperling (www.ea.com//profile)).

I've tried everything, patching, registering, for a moment it seemed like the reason for my problem was something with password, when I was at my profile here and wanted to see galaxy map online it said "enter your password" - I did and it was the ONLY time galaxy map appeared in ME3, then disappeared again.

I've tried resetting my router, creating firewall rules, even changed my internet connection (3G instead of WIFI) - nothing works.

ME3 patched to 1.0.3, all free DLC's installed.

MP and SP for me are working fine, only problem is that i cannot see galaxy at war status ingame. This problem appeared few days after last update. Here when i enter my profile, galaxy map shows fine, game is registered, persona is created. Everything is as it should be but problem still persist???

I have the same problem... I noticed this problem just when the operation overwatch started over the weekend. My game was fine for the past few months and it just suddenly happened. Bioware, help please?

Ok, I've try re-installation and can confirm that this problem comes the moment I installed the Earth DLC. Please help?

Friend and i have identical copies of the game and he does not have this issue. I will try to reinstall my game and remove every leftovers from game and origin and try again.

I reinstalled game but nothing changes. I can't believe that nobody even their technical support do not know solution for this problem???

Well i contacted their support and they told me that they will look into this error and to expect answer from them in about two weeks???
