After completing the mission "locate bomb" and talking to Joker on the .... i am unable to move ....
How can i fix this ? do i send the save to devs or what?

yeah, there are some areas near joker in the cockpit that tend to freeze you in place. i've taken to saving just outside the cockpit so if it happens to me i can reload. :\\
