Some people seem to be lucky and are getting reasonably fast responses, and some of us are just sitting in limbo.

Are you waiting for EA to get 'back to you' in 24 hours? If so join this thread and commiserate with each other.

48 hours and counting!

Next time I won't be a gentleman who says that he can wait 24 hours for an email response. Yesterday was a classic Live chat wait for '12 minutes' and it never happened, the clock kept resetting and I think that my wife is going insane.

One IT software engineer and one hardware engineer, 3 computers and none of them will run the game, even though they should...due to a validation error.

If I was dishonorable I'd damn well go and get the pirate crack for the .exe file. However I believe in supporting software companies not the damn pirates.

EA Please support those who support you!

I've been in contact with EA customer support for 3 days straight now (live chat) and so far I've met people who barely understand english, hang up for no reason and blatantly lie to me. And I'm dealing with one of 'em again right now to no avail it would seem. Still no ME3 for me, so don't get your hopes up

I've been told they could see my previous reports from the previous chats, but they gave the same advice over and over; "Did you get the new .dll files?" "is your firewall blocking it?" "Have you tried closing all background processes?" "Is your computer actually able to run the game?"

I found the last one most annoying, since it takes about ten minutes to get the point across that my game crashes and burns when trying to connect to EA's servers. Short of an official patch, looks like we've been abandoned.
