-Upon visiting the Citadel on one occassion I entered an area with a doctor and triggered the Conrad Verner/Cerberus Contact cutscene. Trouble is I never spoke with Conrad originally so this shouldn't have triggered. It left me more confused than paid off, having missed Conrad's introduction and a chance to catch up with him (why does he have a Cerberus contact?).
-Re-visiting the Citadel later, I found Miranda in the apartments. Shepard said he'd gotten her message. I never got a message. Checking my email, there was no message. Not sure if I just found it early or if the message was never sent...what else have I missed, then?
-After returning to the Normandy after destroying the Geth Dreadnaught, I went to the cockpit and talked to Joker. My Shep shuffled forward and was unable to move. I made an additional save and tried to reload, figuring it might rest my Shep's position. It did not. I had to reload the autosave and replay about 10 mins of dialogue.
Nothing major, but I figured I'd document it.

At that point of the game you are able to talk to Miranda, Jacob and Liara before they send you their messages. I guess it is nothing major. Once you make a new mission (not those of finding something), their messages will arrive. For the Miranda one I wait for the message to talk to her.
