Anyone lse seeing these?

I have scanned the Siluean Nebula (sp?) to 100% so I assume I've got this thing but the Asari in Huerta won't trigger for me to give it to her.

Also, I had Zaeed beat the location of a cerberus strike on a turian colony out of a volus. The planet is tagged on the galaxy map when I enter the system but I can not land nor can I scan it.
