I don't know if it's repeatable, but I do know the details of the match.

Specific settings:
-Public (they were all random teammates)
-Random location (it took us to the desert comm towers one - I apologize that I don't know the name)
-Geth (not randomly selected)
-Silver

After completing Wave 6, the match simply did not go on to the next wave. And, yes, we completed the wave. I've played enough now to realize that some enemies get caught outside the map at times; however, our final enemy was marked and beaten down (literally); the audio cue (the radio call) came for the next round to begin. But the round did not change (even in the "pause" menu, it remained Wave 6).

We wandered around for about four minutes and then the host left (which effectively restarted the wave). It worked itself out, but then we had to repeat the wave and were a man down.
