I'm trying to get From Ashes downloaded, I've worked out that I have to do this through Origin, but currently every time I try to sign in, I get signed in in offline mode and an error message saying that I'm not connected to the internet.

I *am* connected to the net, or I wouldn't be able to post here!

I can even open the Origin web browser from ingame and use the internet just fine!

Razzin frazzin...

Does anyone know a fix for this? Is there a cookie somewhere I can delete to get Origin to repair itself?

Im guessing your getting the famous Cannot connect to servers problem. Try this thread for your issue.

Turns out it was me. Steam and Yahoo would connect but origin wouldn't, must be a different port or something.

Turning the PC off and on again fixed the issue. (Yep, that old standby)

By the way. How are users meant to know how to get From Ashes installed? The slip of paper it's on doesn't mention it, and when you *do* find the right part of Origin for adding CD Keys, the information on it says "No Product Information Available"

Catchy. :P

Still. Absolutely loving ME3, and it's making me want to play through ME1 and 2 again just so I can pick a different path for my Shepard. ;)

Hey there Bradagan, to get From Ashes installed, please make sure you have redeemed the DLC (I think you have to, should be in an email, along with the AT-12 & M-55 Argus). After that go to Eden Prime and you'll find your Prothean friend :).
