I have completed the main mission but I didn't get all of the intel for the resistance. I was wondering if there is any way to get the rest of that intel. Or do I have to start over and do it on another playthrough?

You have to start all over and do it. I'm in the same boat you are, they made it just like Overlord and the Atite Data Packet Achievement.
