Hi, I more than meet the reccomended specs, but whenever I turn left or right my framerate drops from 60 to about 5 for a second, every time. I can run in a straight line with a steady 60fps, I can even turn left in a cricle as long as I want with no issue after the first second of lag. It's just whenever I switch direction to look left or right I get a second of serious lag and it's really a pain during fights. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the club. Theres a few threads about this issue and no solution as yet unfortunately.
My FPS drops from 60 to high 20's/mid 30's, then back up to about 60, then rinse repeat as i move about. Stand still for a couple of seconds and it stabilises at 60.
